A. Account and Profile Information

If you connect third-party integrations, we may store associated metadata such as your Discord ID, Roblox ID, and associated role details.

B. Usage and Telemetry Data

When you interact with our platform, we automatically record system logs, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, last login timestamp, audit logs of account actions, subscription states, and payment reference tokens (such as Stripe customer IDs). For users of our VPS hosting services, we store VPS system states, performance configurations, IP assignments, and resource utilization metrics.

C. Argus Latch (Captcha) Telemetry

Our captcha service, Argus Latch, processes and collects client telemetry to protect Argus Group services as well as the many third-party websites and applications that integrate our captcha from bots, spam, and abusive activities. The data processed includes:

• Device and Environment Characteristics: Client IP address, User-Agent string, browser language, screen size, canvas rendering profiles, and technical hardware specifications.
• Behavioral Patterns: Interaction dynamics including mouse movements, keystroke pacing, tap/touch coordinates, and task completion latency.
• Session Metadata: Hostname of the verifying site, referrer URL, challenge timestamps, and generated captcha response tokens.

D. Argus CDN Data

When utilizing our Argus CDN, we maintain permanent records regarding the lifecycle of hosted files. This includes data on who uploaded the file, file metadata, and timestamps for when a file was uploaded or deleted. Additionally, we permanently log the IP addresses of all users who interact with the CDN, whether by uploading, deleting, or simply accessing the files.

E. Cognition API Usage Data

When you use the Cognition API, we process the API requests, text prompts, and input parameters you submit. We log usage metadata for billing, rate limiting, and troubleshooting. We do not use the prompts or data you submit through the Cognition API to train our foundational AI models.

3. Use of Cookies

Argus Group uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to store information about your preferences and to personalize your experience.
